About this role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative, digitally savvy Internal Communications Advisor to join our People and Communications team.
You’ll support the delivery of engaging communications that keep a dispersed team informed, connected and inspired. Working closely with teams across the project, you’ll help create compelling content, support communications campaigns, help to develop and maintain internal communication and engagement channels and contribute ideas that improve employee engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about writing, storytelling, digital communications and creating positive employee experiences.

Essential
- A degree or HND in one of the following communications, marketing, journalism, media or public relations
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (or willingness to achieve these as part of the apprenticeship)
