About this role
## Intro
A role where you talk to people all day about insurance? We know how that sounds. But hear us out.
Moving to Germany is a lot. Visas, flats, bank accounts, and then someone says you need health insurance before you start your job. Most people have no idea where to begin. That’s where you come in.
As our Junior Customer Solutions Associate, you’ll speak with expats who are thinking about joining Feather. You’ll listen to their situation, explain their options in plain language, and help them pick the right plan. Not just any plan. If another product suits them better, you’ll hand them over to the right person on our team.
Calls are the core of your day, so your calendar stays open for them. Between calls, you’ll answer questions from new customers in writing. Quick, clear, and kind.
You don’t need to know insurance yet. We’ll teach you, starting with German health insurance. Every week, you’ll get a feedback session on your calls, based on real transcripts. You’ll see yourself get better, fast.
If you love talking to people and helping them make sense of things, this is for you.
