Job Summary**

Responsible for supporting the Toucan Charlies restaurant team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficiently stocked dining area, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Job Responsibilities**

* Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently according to established standards.
* Assist servers with guest needs, such as refilling water, delivering bread, and removing finished plates.
* Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service areas, and back-of-house, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
* Stock and replenish server stations with necessary supplies, including silverware, glasses, napkins, and condiments.
* Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dishwashing area.
* Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
* Assist in other restaurant duties as needed to support the team.

Job Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
