About this role
Accountabilities:
- Perform advanced configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Facets platform to support healthcare business operations.
- Manage and maintain Facets system administration, including security profiles, workflow configurations, NetworX, and product and benefits setup.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of the Facets data model to support accurate system configurations and effective data management.
- Configure and support key healthcare processes, including provider management, membership administration, and claims processing.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate Facets configuration solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Facets architecture, ensuring effective coordination and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, investigate system discrepancies, and implement appropriate solutions to maintain operational stability.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project partners to ensure configuration activities align with business requirements.
- Independently manage assigned tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular daily status updates on activities and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, configuration processes, and overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Facets configuration and administration.
- At least 3 years of U.S.-based residency, as specified for the role.
- Strong and comprehensive knowledge of the Facets data model and underlying system architecture.
- Expert-level practical experience configuring and managing the following Facets applications and functionalities:
- Facets System Administration.
- Security Profiles.
- Workflow Configuration.
- NetworX.
- Product and Benefits Configuration.
- Thorough understanding of the configuration, setup, and functionality of core healthcare processes, particularly provider management, membership, and claims.
- Strong knowledge of Facets architecture, including integrations and dependencies involving upstream and downstream systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and develop appropriate configuration solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining an effective and collaborative team member.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, consistent daily progress reports.
- Self-motivation, accountability, and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
