Turn Your Passion for Helping Children Into a Rewarding Career!
Looking to gain hands-on experience in psychology, child development, or behavioral health? Join Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center and work directly with children while developing valuable professional skills. We provide training, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for career advancement.
What Is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding behavior and helping individuals develop meaningful skills that improve their everyday lives. ABA therapy is commonly used to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities by strengthening communication, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills.
Through individualized, one-on-one sessions, Behavior Technicians use positive reinforcement, structured teaching, and play-based learning to help children build new skills and navigate everyday challenges. Treatment is tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and developmental goals.
At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center, our team works collaboratively with families and clinical professionals to create a supportive, engaging learning environment where children can build confidence, develop independence, and reach meaningful milestones.
