Job Description Summary:
Position Summary:
To process un-saleable merchandise.

Position Pays - $18 per hour

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Deal with un-saleable merchandise.

- Sort un-saleable merchandise by supplier.
- On a monthly basis bill suppliers un-saleable merchandise.
- Convert broken cases of product to saleable condition.
- Recoup and record breakage.
- Perform janitorial duties.
- Assist in cleaning up major spills of product in the warehouse.

Assist with POS inventory and organization.

- Put new labels on bottles when necessary.
- Maintain predetermined inventory levels of packages that have to be made up by hand.
- Communicate needs to the inventory control manager in order to maintain adequate levels of repack materials.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse environment
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Physical Requirements:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
- Light to moderate lifting is required

Competencies:

- Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
- Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
