About this role

One Federal Solution is seeking a Sourcer to support live federal business development proposals and build a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities. The primary focus is identifying and engaging qualified candidates for proposed Key Personnel and other priority roles, confirming their interest and availability, obtaining letters of commitment and supporting materials on schedule. The Sourcer will work closely with Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations, and will monitor the RFI and early opportunity pipeline to help prepare candidate options before an RFP is released. - Coordinate and obtain resumes, letters of commitment and other candidate materials; track outstanding items and confirm materials are complete, current, and consistent with solicitation instructions.

- Build and maintain an organized pipeline of future candidates for proposal efforts, including candidate profiles, resumes, contact history, availability, sourcing status, and follow-up actions.

- Review candidate qualifications against stated requirements, flag gaps for the proposal and recruiting teams and ensure candidate experience is represented accurately in proposal materials.

- Provide timely updates to Business Development, Recruiting and Operations regarding sourcing progress, candidate risks, documentation gaps, and potential alternatives so proposal deadlines can be met.

- Monitor RFI and early-stage opportunity activity to develop candidate options before an RFP is released, updating the pipeline as requirements change.

- As capacity allows, support open positions on active contracts through sourcing, initial outreach, screening coordination and handoff to the assigned recruiter or hiring team.

- Coordinate candidate clearance verification through authorized company security or FSO processes; document the verified status and eligibility information relevant to the opportunity.

- Assist with formatting candidate resumes for proposal submissions, following solicitation instructions and required templates while preserving accuracy and ensuring all experience is supported by the candidate’s materials.

Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, staffing, recruiting coordination, equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

- Strong candidate research, outreach, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage professionals who may not be actively seeking a new role.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound follow-through and the ability to manage multiple candidates, opportunities and deadlines.

- Strong organization and attention to detail, particularly when maintaining candidate records and collecting time-sensitive proposal documentation.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
