- Proficiency in requirements engineering, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability.
- Knowledge of design, development, and test engineering practices for automotive or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly operations related to electronic or automotive components.
- Ability to participate in and contribute to DFMEA activities for complex systems.
- Capability to review, align, and clarify product requirements across multiple technical competencies.
- Skill in managing stakeholder expectations and handling scope changes through formal change request processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
- Experience working with ADAS technology for automotive applications.
- Understanding of system-level validation, system checkout tests, and system demos in an Agile or incremental development environment.
- Exposure to Program Increment Planning and retrospective ceremonies within a scaled Agile or similar framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in requirements and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with product feature and function leads.
Work Environment
This role is fully onsite at the designated facility, providing direct access to engineering teams and development equipment that support ADAS technology. You will work in a professional engineering environment focused on automotive systems, with frequent collaboration across design, development, test, and manufacturing functions. Standard onsite working hours apply, with in-person participation in planning sessions, system tests, demos, and reviews.
