OVERVIEW
JOB TITLE: Student Equipment Room Worker LOCATION(S): St. Paul
PAY RATE: $16.50
HOURS: up to 20 hours
JOB SUMMARY:
This job is open for all undergraduate students with the expected start date of Fall 2026. We are looking for dedicated students who want to gain valuable experience working with varsity athletic teams, coaches, and administration. This job does not exceed 20 hours per week. Benefits include the ability to network as well as gaining valuable experience working in high pace, high pressure situations.
SHIFTS:
- Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: Game coverage, hours will vary depending on game time. Afternoon and nights.
- Saturday: Game coverage, hours will vary depending on game time. Afternoon and nights.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties include, but are not limited to: inventorying new product, unifom distrubution, event coverage, laundry, and basic repair of pieces of equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- must be highly detailed and organized
- must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- must be highly motivated and willing to learn
- must be able to work some nights and weekends depending on home contests
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
