The Senior Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, customer satisfaction, financial results, and people management of a parcel automation site. The role orchestrates the daily work of multiple employers onsite and leads Körber site-support functions, including safety, mechanical, electrical, controls, commissioning, and punch-list closeout.

- Installation cost, productivity, approved changes, and forecast-to-complete actively managed within delegated authority.

- Commissioning readiness, turnover documentation, punch-list closure, and customer acceptance delivered to plan.

- Document the project execution well to create an accurate historical record of all onsite activities.
