Within our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. That means we’re continually seeking diligent, determined performers who think outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our vehicles
You'll have....
- BSc, Engineering (pref Mechanical, Industrial OR Electrical) OR Applied Science
- 2+ years' Automotive Manufacturing Engineering experience
- 2+ years' experience w/tooling, processes, and facilities
- 2+ years' CAD experience
Even Better, you may have....
- Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, robotics, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects to improve production throughput, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Proficiency in data analytics, statistical process control (SPC), and simulation tools to drive manufacturing performance and process optimization.
- Experience with automotive manufacturing, assembly operations, and new product launches, including process validation and production readiness.
