Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Out of the Woods Custom Cabinetry is looking for a motivated, hands-on Installation Manager to lead our installation crews and keep projects running smoothly!

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of cabinet installers and helpers.
- Manage installation schedules, service calls, and job site priorities.
- Ensure materials and supplies are ready for efficient installations.
- Conduct job site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve issues and minimize delays.
- Coach and develop employees while improving team productivity.
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Track labor hours, resources, and project progress.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of custom cabinetry installation experience preferred.
- 5+ years of installation, production, or manufacturing management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of cabinetry installation, tools, and materials.
- Excellent organization, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in both shop and job site environments.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to meet company driving and insurability requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., with or without assistance.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
