Leads the team responsible for the distribution, retrieval, cleaning, disinfection, and processing of mobile medical equipment (MME) — infusion pumps, feeding pumps, sequential compression devices, patient monitors, specialty beds, and similar movable devices — across assigned Endeavor Health sites. Plans daily equipment rounds and unit par levels, owns cleaning and disinfection quality in line with Infection Prevention standards, and ensures clinical units have safe, patient-ready equipment when and where they need it.

- Maintain accurate equipment location, status, and utilization records in the CMMS and asset-tracking systems; produce distribution, availability, and lost/missing-equipment reports.
- Serve as the primary MME point of contact for clinical units — screen equipment requests, resolve availability issues, and support customer-service rounding.
- Identify and remove damaged or malfunctioning equipment from service; coordinate repair and PM handoffs with CE technicians and return patient-ready equipment to circulation.
- Support regulatory and safety compliance for MME handling, storage, and transport (TJC, OSHA); participate in daily safety huddles and safety-committee activities.
- Perform full HR responsibilities for MME staff: hiring, training and competency development, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action.

What you will need:

- Licensure: Valid driver's license.
- Certification: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or similar equipment-processing credential.
