Position Overview
Our client is seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking Non-CDL Driver & Warehouse Helper to join our team. This position involves transporting flooring materials and related products throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring states using a company-owned small box truck, while also assisting with daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.

Position: Non-CDL Driver & Warehouse Helper
Location:   Allentown, PA
Salary:  $20  
Schedule:  Full-Time:
Monday to Thursday - 6am to 4:30pm
Friday - 6am to 1:00 pm
Sunday - 9am to 12pm

Responsibilities 
- Safely operate a company-owned small box truck for local and regional deliveries.  
- Pick up, transport, and deliver products to customers and company locations timely
- Load and unload hardwood flooring bundles, buckets of finish, adhesive, and other materials.  
- Perform take-in deliveries and ensure products delivered accurately and with care.  
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.  
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.  
- Verify delivery paperwork and product counts before and after deliveries.  
- Follow established delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly.  
- Assist with basic warehouse, inventory, and material handling responsibilities as needed.  
- Adhere to all company safety policies and DOT regulations.

Qualifications 
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required). Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Med Card)
- Clean driving record with a demonstrated history of safe driving habits.  
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds, individually or with proper lifting equipment and team assistance when necessary.  
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.  
- Comfortable using GPS navigation and mobile communication devices.

Preferred Qualifications 
- Previous delivery driving experience.  
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience.  
- Experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles.

The published salary range is intended to provide flexibility based on experience, education, and demonstrated operational leadership capabilities. Compensation will be competitive with market standards and aligned with the candidate’s background.
