Culligan Water of Hagerstown is looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop & Warehouse Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying busy, and learning new skills.
You will help keep our warehouse and shop organized, manage inventory, and prepare equipment and materials for our service and installation teams. No previous warehouse experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, organize, and stock inventory and supplies.
• Track inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Pull and prepare parts and equipment for service and installation jobs.
• Load and unload deliveries and operate a forklift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and shop.
• Assist with general shop maintenance and handle water treatment chemicals according to safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Forklift experience preferred; training may be available.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
What We Offer
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Competitive pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.
