Job Summary
Primary Duties
- Execution of the new hire onboarding process (send out welcome letter, offer letter, onboarding paperwork, first timesheet instructions)
- Notify internal Pinnacle stakeholders of candidate updates, concerns, and opportunities
- Actively communicate with suppliers, candidates, partners, and other parties regarding onboarding details
- Initiate, track, and complete pre-employment screens
- Complete all post-hire requirements and clearance audit
