- This position requires full-time onsite work (5 days per week) in Juana Diaz, P.R.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and Supply Chain processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (BPCS, SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and translate findings into operational plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Experience:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing Planning, or related functions.
• Experience within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Science, or a related field.
• Completion of, or in progress of, APICS, CPIM or CSCP Certification, is strongly desired.
