THE ROLE: Part-Time Merchandise Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Merchandise Associate will report directly to the manager on duty while working closely with the other sales associates & management. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, display of merchandise, and attention to detail. WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)
Customer Service
- Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fans
- Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location
- Uphold Legends standards and policies
- Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performance
- Ensure that you are educated on the products and services sold throughout the store
- Assist as directed by your manager to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked
- Assist with stocking of merchandise and weekly inventory replenishment
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated, warm, and friendly personality
- Must be collaborative and a team player
- Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
- Able to bend and squat and walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs on a continuous basis
- Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and to get tasks done quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and guests
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL
- This is an onsite role based in Columbus, OH at the 15th & High Team Shop
- Hiring For All Shifts
- We are also looking for candidates who are flexible to work campus events, evenings, weekends and potential holidays
