Location: Trenton, SC 29847  
Work Arrangement: Onsite  
Pay Rate: $35.19/hour  
Additional Compensation:  Monthly Result Share Bonus (average 13% over the last 12 months at the Aiken plant)
Relocation: Available for eligible candidates

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Service Technician** to support industrial manufacturing and processing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and installing industrial equipment, automation systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems.

The technician will work closely with the Engineering team to install, test, maintain, and release production equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Partner with Engineering to install, test, troubleshoot, and release industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyor systems.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, industrial networking systems, and automation equipment.
- Diagnose and repair AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
- Calibrate flow, level, pressure, and temperature instruments and control loops.
- Maintain and repair bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Work with automation and Distributed Control System (DCS) architectures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders.
- Inspect machinery and components for damage, wear, and operational issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct operational testing.
- Operate hoists, lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing instruments.
- Perform equipment rebuilds, repairs, and other maintenance duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with **EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet** industrial communication networks.
- Experience maintaining industrial pipeline distribution systems.
- Knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) architecture.
- Troubleshooting experience with AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
- Experience calibrating flow, level, pressure, and temperature instruments.
- Mechanical maintenance experience involving conveyors, bearings, and gearbox rebuilds.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience maintaining rotating equipment.
- Ability to operate welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
