At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
Mō te tūranga - About the role
As an Investment Analyst in our Funds Management, Investment Partnerships and Responsible Investment team, you’ll play a key role in driving how external investment managers add value to our total portfolio approach, across nearly NZ$40 billion in assets. You’ll support research into why an external manager is necessary and what strategy and style is suitable. You’ll contribute to selection and ongoing oversight of the managers we choose. Working closely with highly experienced manager research professionals within the team and our partner BlackRock, you'll provide analysis and insights to inform Investment Committee debate and decisions, while helping ensure investment opportunities are implemented effectively, aligned to portfolio objectives and deliver quality outcomes to customers.
You'll collaborate with teams across Investment Management and build strong relationships with external managers, consultants and research providers. The role also supports the governance and ongoing monitoring of external manager partnerships, while contributing to investment communications, reporting and disclosures across our managed investment schemes.
