We're set to add multiple properties in 2027, so this is a rare chance to shape the F&B vision of a company in growth mode. This is a remote role based on the East Coast, with regular travel to our hotels to provide hands-on leadership. If you're a passionate F&B leader who wants to make a lasting impact with a company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience overseeing F&B across multiple properties.
- A track record of reporting to ownership groups and asset managers.
- Strong portfolio-level analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear strategy.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and elevate F&B operations across our expanding portfolio of full-service hotels
- Act as the primary F&B contact for ownership groups and asset managers, delivering clear reporting, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Analyze portfolio-wide performance data (revenue, labor, cost of goods, guest satisfaction) to identify trends, close gaps, and drive profitability.
- Evolve our existing restaurant brands and develop new, market-leading concepts that support our continued growth.
- Champion our people-first culture by mentoring property leaders and building teams where associates thrive and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a focus on multi-unit or corporate environments.
- Proven success in senior leadership roles such as General Manager or F&B Director.
- Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring managers and cultivating high-performing teams.
- Experienced in developing and executing long-term strategies to enhance service quality and profitability.
- Expertise in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Proficient in streamlining operations, managing inventory, and maintaining consistency across outlets.
- Collaborative approach to working with culinary and beverage teams to deliver market-responsive offerings.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Committed to maintaining high guest satisfaction and proactively resolving service issues.
- Advanced proficiency with restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory control platforms.
