Coordinate specialist reviews and Owner witness points, identify adverse quality trends, and verify that the EPC Contractor maintains complete inspection, testing, and corrective-action records supporting acceptance and turnover.
- Lead field coordination of Requests for Information (RFIs), design clarifications, and construction interfaces with Engineering, Procurement, the EPC Contractor, and other stakeholders. Prioritize issues affecting critical work fronts, confirm responses reach the appropriate parties, and advise the RRNA Project Manager and Engineer of potential cost, scope, schedule, or compliance impacts; technical approvals remain with authorized engineering personnel.

Assess constructability, execution plans, schedules, staffing, logistics, scope gaps, and EPC Contractor capabilities; develop clarification questions and recommendations supporting contractor selection and construction readiness.
- Develop and improve standardized construction execution practices, reporting templates, production tracking, quality monitoring, change management, and document controls. Capture lessons learned and promote their application across assigned projects to improve consistency, predictability, and closeout readiness.

Utility-scale solar and/or energy storage experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant construction leadership experience will be considered. Education does not substitute for the required five (5) years of on-site construction leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret EPC contracts, construction drawings and specifications, critical-path schedules, progress measurements, and commercial documentation; evaluate recovery plans, change requests, and payment applications; lead cross-functional issue resolution; mentor construction personnel; and communicate risks and recommendations clearly to project leadership.
