Actalent is Hiring A Personal Assistant! Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role demands multitasking and handling various responsibilities, including managing the owner's schedule, generating reports, and ordering supplies. Responsibilities

- Assist the CEO in daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Travel and attend meetings throughout NYC as required.
- Manage the owner's schedule efficiently.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Order supplies and handle logistics as needed.
- Obtain quotes and purchase items such as signage.
- Send out communications to the team of providers on behalf of the owner.

- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Administrative skills and support experience.

Work Environment This role is based in a small office in Fresh Meadows, NY, with a team of five people. The position involves a mix of office work and attending meetings with the CEO. It offers the opportunity to work closely with the owner in a growing home care company, with competitive pay and the willingness to train entry-level candidates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Personal assistant supporting the owner of the company, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
