Within Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM), you will work with business, data, and technology teams to help improve how product, regulatory, commercial, labeling, supply chain, and manufacturing information moves through commercialization.
Working within approved strategy and governance, you will translate business and operational needs into process, data, reporting, integration, and technology requirements; coordinate approved roadmap initiatives; help resolve cross-functional issues; coordinate adoption; and lead approved continuous improvements across ATS processes, data, and workflows. You will also direct the supporting team’s daily priorities and provide coaching, deliverable feedback, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of ATS business processes to improve performance, compliance, and user adoption.
- Lead data governance and quality across product lifecycle, commercialization, regulatory, labeling, supply chain, manufacturing, and allowed-to-sell processes, including alignment of data sources, standards, rules, controls, ownership, and decision rights.
- Translate business and operational needs into integrated process, data, reporting, integration, and technology requirements; maintain roadmap plans, recommend priorities, and manage approved initiatives.
- Manage daily Pega ATS operations and coordinate process and solution design, testing, deployment readiness, adoption, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Oversee investigation and remediation of process, data, integration, system, rule, and user-execution issues; resolve conflicts, direct or recommend corrective action, and escalate material matters.
- Monitor process performance, data quality, ATS operations, service levels, and risk indicators through KPIs and dashboards; facilitate governance forums and maintain related decisions, procedures, process maps, training materials, and communications.
- Allocate and review the team’s work and provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and feedback.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in business process management or improvement, master data, data governance, product ownership, digital transformation, product lifecycle management, regulatory operations, supply chain, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading process design, standardization, simplification, or continuous-improvement work and coordinating cross-functional projects, process areas, data domains, or workstreams in a matrixed organization.
- Working knowledge of enterprise data governance and quality, including data sources, standards, rules, controls, ownership, decision rights, and process integration.
- Experience translating business and operational needs into requirements and coordinating solution design, testing, deployment readiness, adoption, issue resolution, and post-implementation monitoring for enterprise systems or workflows.
- Experience using KPIs, dashboards, service levels, or operational and data-quality measures to assess performance and support corrective action.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, organizational, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Experience allocating work, supervising and coaching team members, and providing deliverable and performance feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle, commercialization, regulatory, labeling, supply chain, manufacturing, or market-release processes.
- Experience with Pega ATS or comparable enterprise workflow platforms and with systems such as SAP, PLM, MDM, Power BI, or regulatory or quality applications.
- Experience with data remediation, system integration, process standardization, change adoption, or transformation initiatives.
