What You'll Be Doing

As a Visiting Angels caregiver, you'll help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Supporting daily activities and personal care routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Offering medication reminders
- Assisting with walking, mobility, and safe transfers
- Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
- Supporting individuals with dementia or memory-related conditions

What Makes You a Strong Candidate?

We are particularly interested in caregivers who understand the importance of reliability, professionalism, and hands-on care experience.

Preferred qualifications:

- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience outside of caring for family members
- Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation
- Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Comfortable providing personal care to both male and female clients
- Experience with bathing, mobility assistance, and transfers
- Willingness to work in homes with pets
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Consistent attendance and dependable availability
- Ability to meet required TB screening and onboarding requirements
- Dementia, Alzheimer's, and hospice experience is a plus

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
