About the role

We’re looking for an Office Manager to keep our San Jose and Watsonville offices running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for everything that makes the workplace work, from facilities and vendors to supplies, mail, and the day-to-day details that help our team stay focused on building robots.

This role splits time between both offices. You’ll own internal office projects from start to finish, support our real estate needs as we grow, and provide hands-on support to our leadership team. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, resourceful, and enjoys building structure in a fast-moving startup.

What you'll do

- Manage day-to-day operations for our San Jose and Watsonville offices, including facilities, maintenance, vendors, badge access, and office equipment
- Lead internal office projects like space planning, moves, buildouts, and workplace improvements, from scoping through completion
- Support real estate needs, including lease administration, landlord communication, and coordination with brokers
- Order and stock snacks, beverages, and supplies for both offices, and manage related budgets and vendor relationships
- Open, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing shipments
- Provide executive support, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and ad hoc projects
- Coordinate company wide events, on-site meetings, visitor check-in, and in-office lunches
- Travel regularly between the San Jose and Watsonville offices to keep both sites running consistently

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in office management, facilities, or administrative operations, ideally at a startup or tech company
- Experience supporting multiple office locations or a distributed team
- Exposure to real estate, lease administration, or facilities projects is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping details
- Clear, professional communicator who’s comfortable working with executives, vendors, and landlords
- Proficient with Google Workspace and quick to pick up new tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between San Jose and Watsonville
- Self-starter who takes ownership and brings a positive, service-minded approach
