About the role

We’re looking for an International Brand Media Manager to help build awareness and consideration for Rippling across international markets.

In this role, you’ll own digital brand media planning and campaign delivery across CTV, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, display, and audio. You’ll translate audience insights and business priorities into focused media plans, adapt our approach to local markets, and manage agency partners from briefing through performance evaluation.

You’ll work closely with Growth, Brand, Creative, regional Marketing, and Analytics to deliver campaigns that reach the right audiences with compelling creative. You’ll also help establish how we measure success—using brand lift studies, incrementally testing, and marketing mix modeling to understand effectiveness and inform investment decisions.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who combines strong execution with analytical judgment. You should be comfortable setting clear direction, challenging agency recommendations, and taking ownership of the work.

What you will do

- Own international digital media plans. Recommend audiences, channel mix, budgets, and flighting based on market maturity, local media behavior, and campaign objectives.
- Lead agency partnerships. Write clear briefs, evaluate media recommendations, oversee activation, and hold partners accountable for delivery, quality, and actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and campaign execution. Own pacing and optimization recommendations, with clear oversight of timelines, asset readiness, and tracking accuracy.
- Partner across Growth and Brand. Coordinate audience strategies, campaign timing, retargeting, and exclusions to create a connected experience across the funnel.
- Shape creative needs for each market. Partner with Brand and Creative to translate media plans into actionable briefs, prioritize localized assets, and use campaign learnings to improve creative.
- Build practical measurement plans. Work with Analytics and measurement partners to define objectives, baselines, KPIs, and testing approaches appropriate to each market’s budget and data availability.
- Turn evidence into decisions. Interpret MMM, brand lift, incrementality tests, and campaign reporting to recommend where to invest, what to change, and what to learn next.
- Communicate clearly. Deliver concise performance readouts that explain results, limitations, and recommendations, distinguishing near-term campaign signals from longer-term brand impact.

What you will need

- 4+ years of experience in paid media planning, strategy, or activation, either in-house or at a media agency.
- Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, with an understanding of how audience behavior, creative, and channel opportunities influence media decisions.
- Strong knowledge of digital brand channels, including CTV, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic/display, and audio, with deeper execution experience in several.
- Experience managing media agencies or leading agency client engagements, including briefing, reviewing plans, overseeing budgets, and driving accountability.
- Applied experience with media measurement frameworks, including MMM, brand lift studies, and incrementality testing. You can explain their strengths and limitations and use findings to make investment recommendations.
- Experience partnering with Growth, Brand, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns and resolve competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including managing concurrent campaigns, budgets, and deadlines.
- The ability to work independently, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and identify when to involve partners or escalate an issue.
- Willingness to occasionally adjust working hours to collaborate with international teams and agency partners across time zones.

Nice to have

- Experience planning or managing media campaigns across international markets.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or launching campaigns in markets with low brand awareness.
- Familiarity with GA4, CM360, and major advertising platforms.
