Know your parts, enjoy helping customers, and want to build your career in the commercial vehicle industry?We’re looking for a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team.Whether you’re an experienced Parts Interpreter or someone with relevant experience looking to build a career in parts sales, we’d love to hear from you.What you'll be doingYou'll help customers find the right parts, process orders and quotes, build customer relationships, and work with a great team to keep our customers moving.Providing friendly, professional service over the phone, email and counterPreparing quotes and processing customer ordersWorking closely with our sales, warehouse and delivery teamsDeveloping your product knowledge and understanding of our extensive parts rangeWe're looking for someone who is:A proven experience in the aftermarket parts sales in HV industry will be highly regarded.We will consider Parts interpreting experience or at least 1 year of relevant experience in automotive/heavy vehicle parts, retail, customer service, mechanical service or warehousingBring the right attitude and customer focus, and we'll help you build your product knowledgeA genuine interest in trucks, vehicles or spare partsStrong customer service and communication skillsGood computer skills and attention to detailA practical approach to problem-solvingA team player with a positive attitude and keen to learnWhy join MultisparesGreat people.
