The Role
Ventia are seeking a Gym Attendant to join our Defence Base Services contract. Reporting to the Sports and Recreation Supervisor, this position will see you based at HMAS Cerberus, Cribb Point. You will be stationed within the on-base Gym to ensure it is maintained clean and tidy for each day.
To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo a police check.
About the role:
- Shifts - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Nights 1415 - 2100 & Friday 0600 – 1230
- Rate $34.38 per/hour + Superannuation
- Enjoy different tasks like lifeguarding and gym maintenance in the one workplace

- Maintain a tidy Gym with a high level of cleanliness and putting used equipment away
- Perform day one inductions for new attendees, manage sign-ins and equipment checks throughout your shift
- Answer any general enquires or questions as needed
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate an advantage
