Position: Nurse Supervisor - RN
NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN to join our team for evenings , overnights , or weekend option . $4000 FT/$2000 PT sign on bonus!! Nurse Supervisor responsibilities include to oversee staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to perspective residents, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.

Shifts Available:
- Evenings: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Weekend Option: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Qualifications:
Health- Ability to meet performance requirements. Education and Training:
- Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing (RN or BSN).
- Licensed to practice in this state.
- Participates in continuing education so that he/she has knowledge of current trends and developments in nursing and maintains current licensure requirements.
- Maintains CPR certification.
- Preferred Ventilator Unit/Critical care/Special Care experience.
Position Highlights:
- Supervises and evaluates work performance of nursing staff.
- Monitors care provided to be sure policies and procedures are followed.
- Carries out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
- Completes admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
- Monitors resident lab schedule and results.
- Monitors 24-hour report sheets and follows up accordingly.
