About this role
Oversees the Ridley-Tree Center for Wound Management clinic office and supervises the office staff, clinical support staff, transport team and volunteer interns. Performs and oversees clinic reception, scheduling of staff, clerical duties, and management of disease specific dashboards.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum:
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent experience, using the standard of 2 years of applicable experience equals 1 year of education.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
- Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed.
Preferred:
- Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
- of clerical, admin, or customer service experience.
