As EUV represents an important new business and growth opportunity for the Munmak site and Korea market, this position will strengthen plant-level technical leadership, support customer engineering relationships, and build sustainable internal engineering capability for future business opportunities. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, global engineering teams, and customer-facing organizations to translate product and customer requirements into robust manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead manufacturing engineering activities for EUV products from process development and qualification through production ramp-up and stable volume manufacturing.
- Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, process parameters, work instructions, and engineering standards required for EUV production.
- Lead cross-functional execution of manufacturing readiness, qualification, productivity ramp-up, capacity expansion, quality improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop and execute process and manufacturing qualification plans in collaboration with Product Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical functions.
- Establish and continuously improve manufacturing performance using key indicators including OEE, yield, first-pass yield (FPY), cycle time, productivity, scrap, capacity, process capability, and qualification status.
- Apply statistical and engineering methods including SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, DOE, PFMEA, Control Plan, RCA, and structured problem-solving to understand process variation and establish sustainable process capability.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for manufacturing, process, yield, and quality issues, ensuring improvements are technically validated, documented, and sustained.
- Identify production bottlenecks and develop engineering solutions through process optimization, tooling improvement, automation, equipment upgrades, or capacity expansion.
- Support manufacturing CAPEX planning by developing technical requirements, equipment specifications, capacity justification, supplier evaluations, FAT/SAT, installation, and equipment or process qualification.
- Drive automation and digital manufacturing opportunities improve productivity, process consistency, traceability, data integrity, and operational visibility.
- Provide manufacturing data, qualification evidence, process capability information, and technical analysis to support customer requirements and engineering discussions.
- Translate customer requirements and technical expectations into actionable manufacturing and engineering requirements for the Munmak site.
- Build effective technical relationships among customers, Munmak, and global engineering organizations to strengthen confidence in MMK manufacturing capability and plant leadership.
- Evaluate manufacturing readiness for future EUV products and business opportunities and identify gaps in equipment, process technology, automation, metrology, quality capability, capacity, and engineering resources.
- Develop scalable manufacturing solutions and internal technical capability that reduce dependency on external support and position MMK for future EUV growth opportunities in Korea.
- Maintain required engineering documentation, change-control records, qualification evidence, technical reports, action logs, and other controlled records in accordance with applicable company processes.
- Provide technical leadership across functions and drive assigned programs from requirement definition through implementation, validation, production release, and sustained performance.

What We Seek:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, automation, mechatronics, materials engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, high-purity manufacturing, precision manufacturing, automation, or another highly controlled manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead manufacturing or engineering projects across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process qualification, production ramp-up, process control, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Experience applying structured problem-solving and engineering methodologies such as RCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and process capability analysis.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate manufacturing and quality data into engineering decisions and improvement actions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, management, global technical teams, and customer-facing organizations.
