Job Description
1. 品牌战略与IBP管理
- 制定并推动糖尿病产品年度品牌战略及IBP计划。
- 基于市场环境、竞争格局及客户需求，识别品牌增长机会并制定行动方案。
- 推动品牌定位、核心信息及品牌故事的持续优化。
- 监测品牌绩效指标，确保实现销售、市场份额和患者获益目标。
2. VBP后管理
- 推动VBP后业务模式转型及解限控策略落地。
- 与准入、医学、销售团队协作。
- 制定不同等级医院及基层市场差异化增长策略。
3. 客户洞察与市场增长驱动
- 深入分析客户行为和市场趋势，挖掘增长机会。
- 推动客户分层管理和客户观念升级项目。
- 支持KOL管理及学术推广策略制定。
- 利用数据洞察优化资源配置和推广效率。
4. 市场活动与内容管理
- 主导品牌推广活动及关键学术项目规划与执行。
- 开发和更新品牌宣传材料及数字化内容。
- 确保品牌信息传递的一致性与合规性。
- 推动创新数字营销项目提升客户互动效果。
5. 跨职能协作
- 与销售、医学、市场准入、政府事务、供应链及分析团队紧密合作。
- 协调跨部门项目资源，确保战略高质量执行。
- 支持销售团队能力建设和品牌培训。
6. 业务分析与绩效管理
- 跟踪市场表现及竞争动态。
- 定期进行业务回顾，提出优化建议并推动执行。
