About the role

- Operating bitumen spreaders as part of the Spray Seal crew
- HC or MC truck driving duties
- Operating supporting plant and equipment
- Assisting with general labouring and site activities
- Working safely alongside the wider crew
- Travelling and working away from home when required

What you’ll bring

- HC or MC Driver’s Licence – essential
- White Card / General Construction Induction
- Previous spray seal, road surfacing or relevant plant experience highly regarded
- A strong commitment to safety
- Reliable, hands-on and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to travel and work away on regional and interstate projects
