Who are we looking for?

Are you a seasoned technical manager looking to drive regional impact in biosecurity and animal health? As our Technical Manager responsible for Indonesia and Malaysia markets, you will serve as the scientific authority and commercial technical lead across key Southeast Asian growth markets. In this role, you will bridge scientific expertise and commercial execution empowering sales teams, supporting regional distributor networks, overseeing field and lab trials, and shaping strategic product positioning.

Key Accountabilities:

- Technical Training & Commercial Enablement : Deliver expert scientific and technical training to internal sales teams, commercial partners, and distributor networks across Indonesia and Malaysia. Serve as the primary technical contact, resolving complex technical inquiries and supporting commercial sales conversations.

- Distributor Support & Field Trials : Work closely with regional distributors through regular visits, technical guidance, and distributor enablement. Design, execute, and evaluate commercial and non-commercial laboratory and field trials to establish scientific proof points and product efficacy.

- Collateral Development & Strategy: Create and review technical and marketing literature, including data sheets, presentation materials, sales collateral, and product label copy. Provide field insights to inform product development initiatives and broader regional commercial strategies.

- Industry Leadership & Market Intelligence : Build and maintain an expert industry presence as a biosecurity leader by participating in industry events and delivering technical speeches. Conduct ongoing market monitoring, tracking technological developments and competitive offerings.

Work Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Production, Animal Husbandry, Biosecurity, Hygiene, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within biosecurity, animal health/husbandry, or agricultural technical support.
- Agricultural & Zootechnical Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in agricultural, zootechnical, and animal scientific studies.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both English and Bahasa (Bahasa Indonesia / Bahasa Malaysia) for technical presentations and stakeholder management.
- Presentation, Communication & Technical IT Skills: Strong ability to deliver engaging technical presentations, communicate across teams, and utilize standard digital and software tools.
- Marketing & Strategic Analysis : Ability to contribute to market positioning, strategic analysis, and product messaging.
