About this role
工作职责：
- 负责静设备、转动设备、管道阀门、密封系统、公用工程机械设备等的技术管理和可靠性保障。
- 为生产运行和维修团队提供机械故障诊断、维修方案审核、检修标准制定和现场技术支持。
- 负责或参与设备选型、技术评审、安装调试、FAT/SAT、PSSR及投产后的维护策略建立。
- 担任机械专业PM/PPM Program Owner，负责年度PPM策略、维护频率、技术工作范围、标准作业包和执行要求。
- 针对重复性、高影响、高成本或涉及SHE风险的机械故障组织RCA分析，应用5Why、鱼骨图、故障树等工具识别根本原因。
- 负责压力容器、储罐、反应釜、换热器、过滤器等静设备的机械完整性管理支持。
- 参与机械设备新建、改造、升级和替换项目，负责机械专业技术方案审核、风险识别、施工质量控制和投产支持。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、过程装备与控制工程、化工机械、机电一体化等相关专业。
- 8年以上工业企业设备管理、检维修或可靠性管理经验。
- 5年以上化工、精细化工、树脂、制药、食品或连续生产行业经验优先。
- 具备重大检修、技术改造、承包商管理和跨部门项目推动经验。
