About this role
Senior Associate / Vice President, Investments
Remote Position
Reports to: Executive Vice President of Investments
Role Overview
The Senior Associate / Vice President, Investments (the “Investment Professional”) will be a core member of PROVE Partner's parent company Allira’s investment team, supporting the full transaction lifecycle for Allira’s non-single-event business lines: bulk purchases of medical lien receivables, acquisitions of pre-settlement funding portfolios, and attorney lending. The Investment Professional will be trained to source, underwrite, structure, and execute these transactions and to manage the resulting assets through resolution, with Vice President candidates expected to lead transactions with greater independence and help develop junior team members.
The Investment Professional will work directly with the Executive Vice President of Investments on pipeline management, portfolio-level due diligence, cash flow modeling, investment committee materials, legal documentation, asset boarding, and ongoing performance monitoring. The role will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Servicing, Sales, and Allira’s institutional capital partners to ensure transactions are structured appropriately, operationally executable, and aligned with Allira’s return targets.
This is a hands-on, high-growth role for a candidate who wants to build deep expertise in an esoteric, cash flow-based asset class and help scale Allira into a best-in-class litigation finance investment platform. Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
