Key Responsibilities

- Build AI-enabled applications using agentic development approaches.
- Work across the full application stack rather than being limited to one technical layer.
- Take ideas from problem to prototype to working application.
- Rapidly prototype, test and iterate solutions based on user feedback.
- Work with business and product stakeholders to understand problems that may not initially be well defined.
- Help determine the best technical and user experience solution rather than simply coding against a finished specification.
- Build within TMF Group’s development, information security and governance environment.

Key Requirements

- Experience personally building applications using agentic AI/coding.
- Strong software engineering foundations.

- Ability to work across front end, back end and databases.
- Experience taking applications or prototypes end-to-end.
- Rapid prototyping and iterative development.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Confidence working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Experience working with business, product or other non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript is relevant to the profile.
