Director, Agency Recruitment and Strategy

About the role

This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, strengthening the agency force, and building a strong talent pipeline to support long-term business growth.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute agency recruitment strategies to grow manpower across target markets
- Develop the recruitment proposition and clearly articulate the Chubb edge to attract top agency talent
- Organize recruitment activities such as seminars, campaigns, incentive and agency engagement programs
- Identify, attract, and onboard qualified agency talent
- Build strong relationships with agency leaders and key stakeholders
- Work closely with other departments such as Agency Management, Branding & Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance and Global Office to support recruitment programs and events
- Develop agency leaders' capability in recruitment and management to strengthen agency growth and performance
- Review the recruitment process, establish standard procedures and approval flows, and enhance operational efficiencies
- Maintain dashboard tracking and reporting for management to support visibility of recruitment progress and performance
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the agency force

About you

- Over 10 years of experience in agency recruitment or agency development
- Good knowledge of agency structure, agency compensation, and recognition programs and recruitment packages
- Proven track record in agency recruitment, sales development, or distribution growth
- Strong network-building and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities
- Creative problem solver
- Self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
