We are looking for a Junior Product Manager Adhesives to join our Marketing Team based in Warsaw.
How you make the difference
This position plays a crucial role in bringing Bolton's brand strategies to life by planning, directing, and implementing trade activities and marketing campaigns for our Adhesives brands in Poland. Through effective execution, it enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, and drives business growth.
How your agenda looks like:
- Brand and Communication Projects – Participate in brand and communication and promotional initiatives, including collaboration with external agencies, and take ownership of specific projects.
- Trade Marketing Support – Assist the Sales Team with trade presentations, new product launch materials, promotional plan execution, product information, and technical sheets.
- POSM and Promotional Materials – Develop and oversee the usage of POS materials and consumer promotional items for each brand.
- Planogram Development and Implementation – Work with the Sales Team to develop and adjust category/brand planograms annually, align them with retailers, and ensure proper implementation.
- Marketing and PR Activations – Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store activations) and out-of-store/digital activities (e.g., sponsorships, sampling, digital and e-commerce campaigns). Additionally, create product catalogues, media content, and manage translations for websites and brand materials.
Your team:
You will directly report to our Marketing Manager.
What makes you a great fit:
- Education: bachelor's or master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields;
- Work Experience: at least 6 months of previous experience in similar roles;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent analytical skills, and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms are essential.
- Proficiency in Polish and English is required
