About the Role
As part of our Global First Impression Team, you’ll play a key role across all service areas, including Office Management, Welcome Management and partly Event Management.
In this fast-paced and ever-changing environment, your tasks will span a variety of areas to ensure seamless experiences for both employees and guests. It's a full-time junior-to mid-level position starting in January. Your role will be dynamic and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. From creating an outstanding first impression for our guests to managing the office space and coordinating workshops or meetings of all sizes - you’ll keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage the reception, serve as the go-to person for our employees and external visitors, and contribute to maintaining a well-functioning, welcoming, and inspiring work environment.
Netlight works without strict hierarchies, so you quickly get responsibility and work in a very self-organized way.

Manage the office space, all its stakeholders, and the Front Desk to offer our guests and Netlighters the best possible impression
