AI-Assisted Analytics for Abacus360 Migration Delivery

Project Description

This internship offers an opportunity to explore how AI-assisted data analysis can support the planning, monitoring, and delivery of migration projects to Regnology's Abacus360 Banking platform.

You will gain practical experience in data analysis, project monitoring, AI-assisted insights, and Agile project delivery. You will explore how data-driven approaches can help identify project risks, track progress, detect potential delays, and support decision-making throughout the migration lifecycle.

Responsibilities

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

- Explore how AI-assisted analytics can support Abacus360 Banking migration projects.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks.
- Develop indicators to monitor migration progress and project performance.
- Investigate how AI can help summarize project information and generate actionable insights.
- Explore approaches to identifying risks and supporting informed decision-making.
- Apply Agile principles to organize tasks, monitor progress, and incorporate feedback.
- Develop a prototype or proof of concept demonstrating AI-assisted project analytics.
- Document findings, recommendations, and reusable guidelines for migration project delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate the proposed framework and identify opportunities for improvement.
