As an Expert Accounting professional, this role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance activities while providing insightful financial analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The position also plays a key role in driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and supporting SAP ERP implementation and cross-functional finance projects.

作為一名Expert Accounting，此職務負責確保公司財務報導、預算規劃、稅務申報及法規遵循的準確性與完整性，並透過財務分析提供管理階層營運與策略決策所需的關鍵洞察。此角色亦將積極推動會計流程優化、強化內部控制機制，並支援 SAP ERP 導入及跨部門專案執行。

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Perform monthly closing activities, prepare financial statements, and conduct profit & loss and financial variance analyses.
- Manage annual budgeting, rolling financial forecasts, and analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast figures.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial analysis to support management's operational and strategic decision-making.
- Handle tax-related matters, including Value-Added Tax (VAT), withholding tax filings, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial and tax audits, and prepare supporting documentation required for audit procedures.
- Assist with annual inventory counts and fixed asset verification activities.
- Collaborate with the Group Tax Department to consolidate tax-related information and upload required data to the Group Tax Compliance (GTC) system.
- Support the Group IT team in SAP ERP implementation projects, including data integration, project progress tracking, and cross-functional communication.
- Continuously improve accounting processes, enhance financial transparency, and strengthen internal control frameworks.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as delegated by management.

- 執行月結作業、編製財務報表，並進行損益及財務差異分析。
- 負責年度預算編製、滾動式財務預測，以及實際數與預算差異分析。
- 編製管理報表並提供財務分析，協助管理階層進行營運決策。
- 負責營業稅、各類所得扣繳及營利事業所得稅申報等相關作業。
- 配合會計師年度財務及稅務查核，準備查核所需資料。
- 協助年度存貨及固定資產盤點作業。
- 與集團稅務部門合作，彙整各項稅務資料並上傳至集團稅務系統（GTC）。
- 協助集團 IT 推動 SAP ERP 導入專案，包括前後端資料整合、專案進度追蹤及跨部門溝通。
- 持續優化會計作業流程、財務資訊透明度及內部控制制度。
- 其他主管交辦事項。

## Show your expertise

- Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related business disciplines.
- Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
At least 3-4 years of experience in a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting function.
- Language Skills
Intermediate English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Ability to communicate effectively in business settings and read financial documents in English.
- Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including:
Excel
PowerPoint
Word
Outlook
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and financial accounting operations.
- Required Qualifications
3-4+ years of working experience in a CPA firm.
2+ years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting role.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and financial accounting processes.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Taiwan tax regulations.
Experience in financial statement preparation, tax filings, and external audit coordination.
Detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of conducting effective financial analysis and problem-solving.
Strong cross-functional communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities.
- 教育背景
大學或碩士學歷，主修會計、財務、企業管理或其他相關商管科系。
- 工作經驗
具備 5 年以上財務、會計或審計相關工作經驗。
具備 3 至 4 年以上會計師事務所（CPA Firm）工作經驗。
具備 2 年以上企業財務或會計相關工作經驗。
- 語文能力
英文聽、說、讀、寫能力中等。
具備基本商務英文溝通能力，並能閱讀英文財務文件。
- 專業技能
熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體，包括：
Excel
PowerPoint
Word
Outlook
熟悉 SAP ERP 系統及財務會計作業流程。
- 必要條件（Required Qualifications）
具備 3 至 4 年以上會計師事務所工作經驗。
具備 2 年以上企業財務或會計職務經驗。
熟悉 SAP ERP 系統及財務會計相關作業流程。
熟悉國際財務報導準則（IFRS）及台灣稅務法規。
具備財務報表編製、稅務申報及外部審計（會計師查核）協調經驗。
工作細心、負責任，具備良好的財務分析能力及問題解決能力。
具備良好的跨部門溝通、協調及團隊合作能力。
