This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance Finance team within the world of Formula One, where you can make a real difference by influencing decisions, driving efficiencies and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for Facilities operating expenditure, capital expenditure and headcount.

- Manage the month-end process, providing timely reporting and analysis against budget and forecast.
- Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities to improve value for money without compromising service delivery.
- Challenge expenditure and support commercial decision-making through meaningful financial insight.
- Prepare and evaluate capital expenditure business cases, including cash flow, benefits, risks and whole-life costs.
- Support compliance with the FIA Financial Regulations, ensuring appropriate cost classification and audit documentation.
- Build strong relationships with Facilities leadership and key stakeholders, providing proactive financial support and constructive challenge.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and controls.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Experience within Formula One, motorsport, engineering, manufacturing or another asset-intensive environment, together with knowledge of cost regulations, would be advantageous.
- A professionally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
- Proven Finance Business Partnering experience within a complex operational environment.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and P&L and balance sheet management.
- Experience analysing operational costs, identifying efficiencies and challenging expenditure.
- Experience preparing and evaluating capital expenditure business cases.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP and financial reporting systems, ideally including Power BI.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate results within demanding deadlines.
