- Ensure accurate settlement and billing: Oversee invoices, credit notes, payments and reconciliations for Gas, Power, PPAs and battery contracts, and drive down aged items, discrepancies and exposures.
- Drive automation and invoicing: Lead automation of structured sales invoicing via the ETRM, including data retrieval tools and process changes with stakeholders.
- Deliver transformation projects: Contribute to Greenfield Endur, eSM, e-invoicing and PDF settlement matching, and own UAT, defect management and operational sign-off.
- Manage renewable and TSO processes: Oversee EEG and Redispatch 2.0 billing, TSO settlements, grid reserve CO2 calculations and energy balance data.

Überzeugendes Profil

Convincing profile

- Energy settlement expertise: Strong experience in settlements across OTC gas and power, PPAs, batteries and renewables, ideally including non-standard contracts.
- Proven delivery record: You have run automation, process improvement and invoicing projects, and you identify control weaknesses and fix them sustainably.
- TSO know-how: Solid understanding of TSO processes, controls and operational checks.
- Influential leader: You communicate with confidence, manage resistance, decide on evidence, and prioritise effectively when resources and budgets are tight.
- Language and background: German is highly desirable, as many meetings are held in German. Experience in an international energy organisation, and knowledge of Endur, eSM, VBA, AI tooling or multi-source data solutions, is a plus.
