Key Responsibilities
An experienced Test Manager with 14+ years of expertise in enterprise application testing, warehouse automation, and integrated supply chain solutions. Specialized in end-to-end test management across WMS, WCS, and enterprise application landscapes, ensuring quality, reliability, and seamless integration of complex warehouse automation systems.
Proven track record in leading testing activities across international projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving successful software releases and production deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance frameworks aligned with project objectives and business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities covering FAT, SAT, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Establish test governance, quality metrics, reporting mechanisms, and release readiness criteria.
- Drive risk-based testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Warehouse Automation & System Integration
- Lead functional and integration testing across WMS, WCS, and enterprise application interfaces.
- Validate warehouse operational processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management workflows.
- Coordinate interface testing and end-to-end regression testing across integrated systems.
- Ensure alignment between system configurations, functional specifications, and business requirements.
Test Execution & Quality Management
- Manage test execution, defect lifecycle, triage, and resolution coordination.
- Monitor testing progress, identify quality risks, and implement mitigation actions.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of testing milestones.
- Drive test standardization and regression automation initiatives.
Release & Deployment Management
- Coordinate testing activities for planned releases, enhancements, and production changes.
- Manage release readiness assessments, deployment planning, and quality sign-offs.
- Support go-live activities, hypercare, and production incident management.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders during critical deployments.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key interface between customer stakeholders, business teams, technical experts, and delivery organizations.
- Facilitate UAT planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and business sign-off.
- Provide transparent status reporting, risk assessments, and quality insights to project leadership.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore testing teams across international delivery environments.

Work Experience
Work Experience
- 4+ years of experience along-with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent hands-on system integration experience between machines and software
- Hands-on end to end system integration testing experience.
- Mandatory on-site experience with Warehouse or Industrial Automations .
- Software Development Lifecycle ( SDLC ) experience
- IoT experience with large scale industrial automation setups.
- Experience in supply chain, distribution, warehouse management systems, and warehouse control systems technologies .
- AutoStore experience is highly desired.
- Professional experience in Material Handling Systems and/or Warehouse Control Systems ( WCS )
- Advanced knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including TCP/IP, FTP, and SOA
- Advanced knowledge of database design and file management techniques
- Advanced knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Linux, Microsoft Windows
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
