Senior ERP Transformation Lead – IFS CloudAbout the OfferWe are currently looking for a Senior ERP Transformation Lead – IFS Cloud to lead a large-scale business and ERP modernisation initiative for a major Nordic enterprise. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.This is a high-impact leadership assignment with direct exposure to executive stakeholders. You will own a strategic programme moving legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement & Supplier Management and enterprise-wide business processes. The goal goes beyond modernising the ERP landscape: it includes transforming business processes, governance and ways of working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.Key Details:Rate: up to 43 EUR/h (B2B)Work Model: 100% remote, full-time (37.5h/week)Location: Remote (client based in Finland)Start: ASAPRecruitment process: interview with our partner, followed by interviews with the end clientResponsibilities:Lead a complex ERP transformation programme end-to-endDrive the migration from legacy IFS to IFS CloudAct as the bridge between business and technology teamsEngage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executivesEstablish governance, alignment and decision-making across the organisationLead change management and business transformation activitiesRequirements:Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmesStrong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experienceBackground in business transformation and organisational changeExperience working directly with executive stakeholdersExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsExperience in multinational, complex business environmentsFluent EnglishNice to have:Finnish language skillsChange leadership and executive advisory experience
