About this role

About the Role

ARX Robotics builds autonomous ground systems that support military and security teams in the field. As Delivery Lead for ARX Robotics Ukraine, you’ll partner with the Director of Operations to make delivery across Engineering and Service more predictable, while building the operating model that enables it.

The role combines leadership of the project management team with delivery-wide operational improvement. You’ll guide delivery across service commitments and engineering projects, then work with functional leaders to turn clearer processes, roles, standards, and tools into everyday practice

What You'll Build

- A capable team of Service and Engineering Project Managers, with clear ownership, balanced workloads, regular coaching, development, and performance conversations.

- A transparent delivery portfolio, with realistic plans, visible risks, clear owners, and early decisions on issues that could affect timelines or commitments.

- Predictable service delivery for unmanned ground vehicles, including maintenance and repairs, service-level agreements, documentation, and escalations.

- A steady delivery rhythm across project reviews, status updates, resource planning, and dependencies between Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams.

- A clear escalation path that helps project managers resolve blockers and brings decisions beyond your mandate to the Director of Operations or CEO with options and a recommendation.

- Consistent project management standards, from lifecycle and Jira work structure to required artifacts and clear start and close criteria.

- Concise portfolio reporting that gives the CEO and Director of Operations an accurate view of project status, risks, and incidents.

- An operating model for the Delivery organization, mapping processes, clarifying responsibilities, documenting standard procedures, and embedding workflows in the tools teams use.

- An operational improvement roadmap that addresses breakdowns between functions and tracks changes from problem identification through adoption and measurable outcomes.

- Useful delivery metrics and dashboards, such as cycle time, plan adherence, service-level performance, and team capacity, supported by reliable data and a clear source of truth.

What You Bring

- You bring 6+ years of experience in delivery, project management, PMO, or operations, including at least 2 years leading a team of Project Managers.

- You have delivered projects involving physical products, such as hardware, engineering, manufacturing, or technical service, and understand how supply, logistics, and field conditions affect delivery.

- You can manage a portfolio of projects and service commitments, anticipate risks, coordinate dependencies, and keep delivery within agreed scope and timelines.

- You have built or improved processes across multiple teams, using approaches such as BPMN, RACI, and SOPs, and have embedded changes into the tools people use.

- You lead people through clear expectations, hiring, development, feedback, performance management, and retention, including in a fast-moving environment.

- You can influence functional leaders without relying on formal authority, align teams on shared processes, and guide change through practical agreements.

- You communicate confidently with C-level stakeholders, present concise status and decision updates, and escalate issues with options and recommendations.

- You combine systems thinking with hands-on problem-solving, and know when a process will make work easier and when it will add unnecessary overhead.

- You work confidently with operational data and dashboards, use Google Sheets or Excel at an advanced level, and have hands-on Jira experience. Jira workflow configuration and knowledge-management tools are a plus.

- You are fluent in Ukrainian and have English at B2 level or above.

- Experience in MilTech or defense, automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or an international company is an advantage.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
