Certified Optima Solution Professional Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Certified Optima Solution Professional Lead to oversee all PPG activities across one or more customer sites and manage a small to medium-sized organizational unit. As a pivotal link in our One PPG Selling Machine concept, you will be responsible for driving high levels of customer satisfaction, team performance, and adherence to internal standards.

In this role, you will hold negotiation and decision-making authority within the scope of your assigned responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Site & Team Management: Lead daily PPG operations at customer sites, manage team performance, set clear goals, and drive employee evaluation and development.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Strategy & Implementation: Implement internal policies, procedures, and strategic corporate decisions.
- Resource Optimization: Develop tactical plans to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of resources and capacities.
- Business Growth: Actively identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Project Delivery: Take full ownership of implementing SecureLaunch™ projects at your assigned sites.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and processes comply with technological and quality requirements.
- Planning & KPIs: Participate in business planning, forecasting, and the consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive mutual success.

Requirements & Additional Info

- Coaching & Mentoring: Ability to effectively coach and train others in product knowledge and applications.
- Leadership & Compliance: Direct authority to organize work for subordinate employees and responsibility for ensuring full compliance with legal and internal employer regulations.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust the scope of work within a reasonable range based on employer needs, in alignment with the Labor Code and job classification.
