Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Storytelling Specialist who can transform complex information, business insights, and data into compelling narratives and impactful presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling capabilities, excellent PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.

The role requires a blend of structured thinking, content development, visual communication, and presentation design to create engaging business narratives that drive understanding and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling business narratives and storylines for leadership presentations, business reviews, strategy decks, and stakeholder communications.

• Translate complex data, business insights, and strategic information into clear,

concise, and engaging stories.

• Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations with strong visual appeal, logical flow, and impactful messaging.

• Structure presentations using storytelling frameworks to ensure a clear narrative, key takeaways, and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand

business objectives and translate them into effective communication materials.

• Create executive-ready presentations, including management updates, strategy

presentations, proposals, and performance reviews.

• Simplify complex concepts using charts, graphs, infographics, and other visual

storytelling techniques.

• Ensure consistency in presentation design, messaging, formatting, and brand

guidelines.

• Review and refine presentations to improve clarity, narrative flow, visual hierarchy, and overall impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business storytelling, presentation development, executive communications, consulting, or a related role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide design, layouts,

charts, infographics, and presentation formatting.

• Strong storytelling and content-structuring skills, with the ability to build a coherent narrative from complex information.

• Strong command on Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong visual communication skills and an understanding of slide design principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, work with tight deadlines, and incorporate

stakeholder feedback.

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality in deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating presentations for senior leadership, CXOs, or external clients.

• Exposure to consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or data-driven business environments.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and the ability to present insights through charts and dashboards.
